• Send low-quality messages that result in high bounce and complaint rates.
• Harass or intimidate others.
• Distribute malicious content.
• Send any messages that could damage our company or any other services.

Fees and Payment

Remase.io offers paid subscription plans. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.

Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. This non-refund policy applies to all fees and charges regardless of usage or termination of the Service.

Term and Termination

These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services.

WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICES OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AND ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION THAT YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party.

In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Remase.io, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Software or your violation of these Terms.
